1. Item Condition & Descriptions

All items are collectible toys sold “as-is”, unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item.

However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, packaging age, or manufacturer differences.
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

BULK PURCHASE POLICY – FUNKO POPS

To ensure fairness and inventory availability, orders containing more than four (4) of the same SKU/item are considered bulk purchases.

Please note:

• Bulk orders will not guarantee all Funko Pops are in mint condition.
• Minor box imperfections may be present, including but not limited to small dents, creases, shelf wear, or paint inconsistencies.
• Items are packaged with care, but collectors seeking guaranteed mint boxes should limit purchases to four (4) or fewer of the same SKU.
• By purchasing quantities greater than four (4) of the same item, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this policy.

2. All Sales Final

All sales are final.

We do not accept:

Returns
Refunds
Exchanges
Cancellations

Please ensure you are satisfied with the item before completing your order.

3. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include situations involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, listing errors, or inventory issues.

4. Shipping

All items are inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist by providing any required shipment information when needed.

6. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid or suspicious transactions.

7. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized chargebacks are taken seriously. In such cases, we may provide shipping and delivery documentation to payment processors for dispute resolution and may restrict future purchases.
